Two Factor Authentication
CompletedHi - I switched my 2FA to my cell number, but one of my business partners needs a different 2FA. I'm trying to switch back, but am getting an error message stating that I am already set up. When I enter the code, the system states that my code is invalid. Please help!

            Hi Susan, Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! It shows that the Multi-Factor Authentication is not enabled in your Box account. If you're trying to reconfigure your MFA, try the following: - Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
 Please close and re-launch your browser then try again. Hope it helps!
