    To ensure the cancellation of your Box account is addressed immediately, please have the account administrator follow the steps in this article specific to your account type. The account administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.     How can we downgrade from Enterprise to Business category. Please let me know the process to have the number of users but with the Business category.
