I Year Cancel Request - Still Not done
being requesting a cancellation for over a year - never seen such a hoax and runaround as they continue to charge me monthly.
you would think someone would be embarrassed or someone within the organization would have some sort of decency.
you know the company sucks when they make you personally feel that it. "just doesn't even matter, anymore."
beyond anger, beyond disbelief. good luck to the rest of you, at least.
