    At present, Box Trash is only accessible via Box Webapp (Box.com) and not on Box mobile applications.

    If you need to recover items in your Trash, please login to your account in Box.com in a web browser using your computer.

    Hi can you recover my files in box? I deleted some files and need them back and there not in trash but should be

    Hi there, 

    We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan if items have been deleted from you Trash.

    Have you tried to thoroughly search and use the filters in your Trash for those deleted items? Please check out this article on how to filter trash in your Box.
