One Email But Have Two Different Accounts?!?
Help? I have one email address. I log-in with that email address on my laptop and it goes to my business box account that was set up by business associates so we can view documents together. However, I had/have a previous box account with my personal data on it. When I tap the box app on my phone it goes to my personal account. When I click on the account tab on my phone app it says the same address as the one I log-in with on my desktop. WTHeck? How do I log-in to my personal account on my laptop?

Make sure to check what browser are you using. This will clear your browser's cache and cookies.
