Deactivated accounts
Hi, multiple users in my work group have had their accounts deactivated with no notice or any reason why. None of the links for submitting a support ticket work. It looks like the only way is through this forum. Is really the only way to reactivate is by each person email? is the only way through this support forum? I do not want my team spending hours each trying to fix this issue. Also would like to know what led to their account getting deactivated so we prevent it from happening again.
