File activity items failed to load: Annotations
Hi,
I've seen this issue posted in the forum before and the support team was able to get a ticket set up to help the user fix the issue. However they did not provide the fix in the forum. Can someone help me with this error I'm getting: "File activity items failed to load: Annotations"? I am using the Edge browser and have tried box in other browsers with no luck fixing the issue.

Can you please try the following preliminary troubleshooting steps:
- Please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
- Please try disabling any plugins on your browser
- Confirm with your IT team that your network and firewall have been configured according to our documentation here.
