Upgraded Storage Not Available - Still Receiving 'Run Out of Space' Error
Hello Box Support - We are a small business, with three users on our Box Folder. Box will no longer save changed files to the folder. One of our users with Editor access paid to increase the storage by purchasing three licenses (totally $540), but we are still unable to save items. The purchase was made on 04/08 (details below), but we are still unable to save items.
Also, since we have a paid account and I am an editor, why can't I access direct support and am left to post on the general chat?

You might be uploading to a folder owned by someone whose Box storage has been max out. To further investigate on this, you can advise your colleague with paid subscription to submit a ticket on this page: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
I checked your profile, and I see that your account type is still a Personal Free Box. You would have to be added first as a "Managed user" on the account of the user or the Admin who upgraded his/ her plan to a paid subscription to be able to submit a ticket. Should the Admin decide to add you in his/ her subscription, please have him follow this article: Add Users and you will be prompted an invite message into your account just as described in this article:

Welcome to the Box Community!I'm sorry for the confusion. It looks like the owner of the folder displaying the error has reached their maximum storage limit on their Box account.If you are unable to sync a file in Box because of the inherited file quota limits, alert the folder owner (collaborator) and confirm that they have enough storage available on their account. They can find their current storage usage by:- Navigating to Account Settings >Account.
- Scroll down to Account Details.
- Locate the Storage Used item.
If there is no storage available, the folder owner will need to take one of the following steps;
- Delete unnecessary content that they own.
- Have their admin increase the storage on their account.
Once you have confirmed that the folder owner has enough open storage, press Retry All from the Problem Notification menu.
