Storage Amount is Wrong
Hello, I've seen from this forum that this is a common problem: my Box account is saying that I've used 5.0 GB of my 10 GB allowance. There's currently only one folder in my account with no files. I deleted everything else in an attempt to rectify this problem, but it didn't work. I'm a graphic designer, I need Box to be working properly in order to send files to printers and clients and at the moment I can't use it at all. Can someone please look into this and run the required script to fix this issue as soon as reasonably possible please?
Otherwise, for the first time in more than a decade, I will have to consider moving to another cloud storage company.
