Missing Space in my Box account
Hey, the storage count on my account is wrong.
According to this thread, the support team can fix this known issue with a script.
How can I make a request for them to run my script? I was unable to create a request and it said I need to open a new post in the forums.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. You should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
