    I'm sorry to hear about the missing folder. A User Activity report will be helpful to determine what may have happened to the missing folder owned by your organization so I recommend reaching out to your Box admin and request to run this report.

    It also looks like you are part of an organization that requires their managed users to contact your internal helpdesk or IT team for issues related to Box.

    Kindly reach out to your internal helpdesk or IT team for further assistance on looking into this.

    Thank you for your feedback. Do you know who is my Box admin (contact details)?

    I've already contacted my local IT help desk but got response that I should contact with box support.

    Hi Kris, 

    You should be able to find your Box Admin's contact details under your Account Settings > 'Account' tab > and scroll down to the 'Account details' section. It should be at the very bottom of the page.
