I want to allow a customer who is not a collaborator upload a banking form (so I need encryption) to a box folder that is upload only and they can't see anything else in it.  Does box have this functionality?

    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    The user must be able to see the folder on their "All Files" page and has to be a collaborator in order for them to be able to upload files on Box with FTP, so this would require others login to Box or sign up for an account, and aside from this, this will require them to subscribe to a Business or higher plans to be able to connect with FTP.

    If you need to collect documents from customers that are non-Box users, I recommend using Box's File Request feature. Box File Request gives you a fast and secure way to request files and associated metadata from anyone. To learn more about this feature, please take a look at these articles:
