    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    May I know when did you deactivate or delete your other Box account linked to the email you are trying to use here? If this was recent, per our security policy, we are unable to release email addresses for accounts who have been deactivated for less than 120 days.

    What I can suggest is to request reactivation of the deactivated Box account for this email so you can login to that account and change the Primary email on it. You will need to link a personal email (ex. Gmail, Yahoo, Etc.) to this account and you will have the option to remove or unlink this other email and use it to your account.     Should you need help in reactivating your account, please go to Support.box.com click Support > Contact Support. You will then see a line that says "If you are unable to sign in, click here."; indicate in the form details of your login issue/ request to reactivate your account, and someone from the team will reach out to you.
