    I alredy have the payment method updated, and its a credit card, so it should be accepted. My problem is that I don´t know HOW to make the payment.

    My card information in the account is right. I have paid many invoices for the last years with this payment method. I received an email about an unpaid invoice. I don't understand.

    In the same boat here.. How do I make sure that the invoice amount is actually applied to the credit card on file? Why would the invoice be still pending?

    Apparently, the card on file was not working, which is NOT at all apparent anywhere in the UI/webpage. I had to reach out to the customer care to know the fact. Once I updated the Credit card on file by hitting "Update Payment Method", bill was automatically applied to the account.

    The error about the current card not working, should be apparent/visible to the user

    Somehow my card doesn't work anymore either.  I have had issues for the past 6 months and I can't figure out how to make the payment.
