Cannot open a PDF in Adobe. I get an error message.
I get "There was a problem completing your request. Please try again." How can I open a file in Adobe? I need to rotate a PDF which you cannot do in Box's viewer, but I cannot actually download a file.

To open a PDF file with Adobe Acrobat for Box:
- In your Box account's window, click the file's name. Box displays the file in the preview window.
- In the upper-right corner of the preview window, click Open and select Adobe Acrobat web.
- Alternatively, in the file picker view in the Box webapp, right click the PDF file, and then
- Hover over Open With and select Adobe Acrobat web.
- To grant Adobe Acrobat access to your Box account, in the Adobe Acrobat Web window click Okay. Adobe Acrobat displays the file.
- Sign in using your Adobe log in.
- To save your finished work back to Box, in the Adobe Acrobat web app click Save.
