Entire Folder Deleted in Error
I accidentally deleted an entire folder for an organization, thinking I was only deleting on my laptop. It appears the entirety of files/folders are gone permanently. Nothing is appearing in the trash on my Box account or on my laptop, and I need to retrieve this folder immediately as it is needed to carry out regular business. Is there a way for Box to retrieve permanently deleted folders from their end? Or is there a way for me to do that from my end? Please help

As far as "Trash" is concerned Box allows you sort and filter items within your trash folder.You can filter content by Items I deleted and Items I own.- The Items I deleted filter will display all items deleted by you, regardless of who created or owns the item.
- The Items I own filter will display all deleted items that you own, regardless of who deleted the item.
If the files in question have been already emptied from the trash we can no longer recover them. We are unable to support file recovery for our Free Individual plan.
