unable to verify email address
I have updated my last name and email address in my account. Box is asking to verify my email, and I receive that verification email. When I click on the link, it takes me to a new PW set up, then I'm taken to a page that says:

The page you were looking for doesn't exist
You may have mistyped the address or the page may have moved

Could you try clearing your browser cache and then logging in to your Box account using this link: https://account.box.com/login with your Box credentials and see if you can try this again?
You will need to link your new personal email into the account, and the follow the steps in this article to change the Primary email address on your Box: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196513-Manage-Account-Settings#loginandemail
