Mapping Box drive in Windows wont work

I have mapped my BOX drive in my Windows explorer and mapping is successful but it is not working.

The root folder is shown but I am not able to access the data in the folders and even though I get into the folder, none of the files )like excel, word, pdf wont open.

Please advice.

  Please be advise that Box Drive folders cannot be mapped as a network drive and may cause issues.
