Hello, I share the file link that my friend shared with me. When downloading large files, such as files over 20GB, it will be disconnected in the middle.
for example:Failed - Unknown server error. Please try again or contact the server administrator.
If this problem can't be solved, then I can't download large file zip
I'm using Windows 10 Chrome, what do you guys recommend?

The issue you encounter could be due to your account type limitations.
Bulk download is dependent on the max file size upload limit for the Account type in total. I see that your profile here is linked to a Free Personal Box and for this account type, the max file size limit allowed is up to 250 MB. See: Understand the Max File Size You Can Upload to Box.
- Free personal: 250 MB
- Starter: 2 GB
- Business: 5 GB
- Business Plus: 15 GB
- Enterprise (and Digital Suites ): 50 GB
- Enterprise Plus: 150 GB
