Editor Unable to Upload Files
Account with editor permissions can't upload files to folders, has tried using different browsers and means of uploading (drag-and-drop, using "New" button) with no success. Please contact me.

Can you ask the user to do the following initial steps and see if these can help?:
- Logout/ login on their Box account
- Try to clear cache and cookies for their browser. Here is an article that walks through how to do this on the different browsers that Box supports.
- Disable Plugins/Add-Ons/Extensions In their browser.
If the issue persists, kindly confirm with the user if they encounter a specific error message and can you share it here so we can take a look?
