3. delete all the files in my box, clean the trash, still showing 4.6G used

This is a common problem with box... They cant fix it permanently it seems.

good luck with that ive posted 4 messages about my account with the same error, it just gets ignored.. It doesn't inspire premium membership getting fobbed off..
