Box Shuttle is available in the Admin Console, which means you can access it directly, without the need to log in to a separate solution.
Box Shuttle for Co-Admins
Based on the permissions granted by admins, the Shuttle co-admins can have the following access types:
- access Shuttle to analyze and migrate data and additionally manage user content. (Access Type: Shuttle and user content).
- access Shuttle to analyze and migrate data. These permissions allow co-admins only to list the existing content and add new content using Box Shuttle only. (Access Type: Shuttle only).

Enable Box Shuttle
If you want to co-admins to access Shuttle, make sure you grant them administrative privileges:
- In the Admin Console, go to Users & Groups > Managed Users
- Select the user.
- In the Edit User Access permissions section:
- Check the Co-Admin option.
- Select the permissions:

Note: With these permissions, the co-admin will automatically have access to Shuttle.

Restrict Box Shuttle
To restrict Shuttle for co-admins:
- Deactivate the Manage Shuttle option for Shuttle-only co-admins
- Deactivate the Edit users' content option for admins with a broader scope of rights.

Access Box Shuttle
To access Box Shuttle:
- In the Admin Console, go to the Content section.
- Go to the Shuttle tab to view the Jobs Dashboard.
