Hi, please run the script to correct the storage usage for my account as described in this support article: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043695334-Storage-Usage-Or-File-Count-In-My-Account-Is-Incorrect. Thanks.

  Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage. 

  Also, if you find inaccuracies to your storage count as shown, please let us know to help you fix it.
