Previews won't load

Hello, 

I have a significant number of files for which I keep getting the message, 

"We’re sorry, the preview didn’t load. Please re-upload the file or contact Box support."

We've attempted to re-upload the files, but to no avail, so I am hoping to contact Box support for assistance.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  Sorry to hear about your issue accessing your box file(s) and at this point, did you already tried the following? 

  • Kindly use your alternate browser.
  • Make sure your browser's up to date. 
  • Clear your cache and cookies, here are the steps. 
  • Make sure your firewall is configured.
  • Disable your plugins/add-ons/extensions in multiple browsers. 
  • Restart your machine.
