Unable to download any pdf's

I am unable to access any of the pdf's in my company's box. From all of our files, even those shared with us from other accounts. There are hundreds of pdfs that I now cannot access for some reason.

  • Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
  • Use your alternate browser, network connection or machine. 
  • Restart your machine.
