Blank screen

Recently I can no longer access the box and I am presented with a blank screen. I have cleared my cache and tried different browsers. My colleagues are experiencing the same issue.
I can access it on my phone but not this works laptop. IT cant help me as there is no firewall. Please help

You may use these troubleshooting steps to fix your blank screen issue,
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Restart your machine.
- Check if your firewall is configured.
- Disable your Plugins,Add-Ons,Extensions in multiple browsers.
