Client is getting a blank screen when trying to access a shared folder

My client, who has been accessing the shared folder for years, today is unable to access this. They are getting a blank screen only. Does anyone have any answers?

  You may use these troubleshooting steps to fix your blank screen issue, 

  • Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  • Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
  • Restart your machine. 
  • Check if your firewall is configured.
  • Disable your Plugins,Add-Ons,Extensions in multiple browsers.

  I did all of that and still get a white page when going into a shared folder. I changed my password, cleared my cache, used a different browser, and restarted. I still get a blank white page when I try to get into the folder I need to enter on BOX. I am very frustrated
