Storage Used Erroneously Shows Almost Full

I appear to be facing the same issue that others have reported. Please can you run your corrective script on my account to resolve the incorrect storage used figure which is severely limiting access to my account.

We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.
