Storage Used Erroneously Shows Almost Full

Hi there,

I appear to be facing the same issue that others have reported. Please can you run your corrective script on my account to resolve the incorrect storage used figure which is severely limiting access to my account.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help! 

  We've corrected your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

  Thanks for coming back.  I've followed your steps to verify the fix but the issue hasn't been resolved. The system is still showing the incorrect storage usage.

  Please can you check again at your end?
