Hi Box admin or IT focal

 

We faced an issue in BOX that we can not upload doc, or creat folder under an exist folder. Seems the box folder has been locked by someone. showed error below

I also tried the guideline of unblocked folder in the box website. But no button to request unblock the folder. Do you have any idea how can we active the box as this is for our team filling, It is very important to unblock the box, thanks!
