I can't add new email address.

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Make sure that your new email address it not yet associated in Box. If so, please use your alternate email address.
However, if your email address is not associated in Box but the error persist. Please run these troubleshooting steps.
- Please ensure your web browser is the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
- Try clearing your browser's cache. If this does not resolve your issue, please proceed to the next step.
- Verify that you are using one of our recommended operating systems.
- Temporarily disabling any internet security/firewall programs to test whether they conflict with Box (Note: you may need clearance or assistance from your organization’s IT department/helpdesk to do this)
- Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
