Lost Authenticator App - cant login to box

My colleague lost authenticator apps then he can not log in. Please help.

  We'd love to help address the user's login issue and kindly advise him to open his ticket. 

  You can advise him to open his browser and go to support.box.com. Scroll down to select For a Box issue you are experiencing yourself (do not log a customer request here)
