unable to setup MFA using sms or email

I want to use sms or email as the MFA.
When I try to use SMS, it says my mobile number is not valid, but it is.
when I try to use email, it says that my email is invalid, but has emailed me before
I need some help.

Can try these quick fix in your browser then try again?
- Updating your browser to the latest version
- Clearing your browser's cache
- Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network.
- Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
- Removing unwanted extensions, plug-ins, ads, pop-ups & malware:
And once again, please enable your Multi-Factor Authentication.
