Massively struggling trying to share a document with a group of users. currently only sharing with 25 and need to invite another 30 approx. Every time i try to add somebody i just get this message: 'There was a problem while completing your request. Please try again.' 

Can a box support visor please look into this? Thanks

  Here's our recommended troubleshooting steps for your invitation error. 

  • Updating your browser to the latest version
  • Clearing your browser's cache
  • Using Box with an alternate browser, computer, or network. 
  • Temporarily disabling any plugins/extensions in your browser
  • Removing unwanted extensions, plug-ins, ads, pop-ups & malware:
    
    • Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari
  • You may also try sending your invitation in batches.
