    Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

    If an email is already linked to an account in Box, you cannot use it again to link as a secondary email for another account. You will have to free up/ unlink that email from your Personal Free account before you can use it for your other account. To unlink an email from your Free account, you will need to link first a personal email in that account, and the you will have the option to Make it Primary and then remove your email to link it on your Enterprise account.     There is another way to free up this email, and that is to add and invite your Free account to be a managed user of your Enterprise Box account. By adding the account as a managed users, you will be able to delete that account in the Admin console and that should let you easily free up the email that is linked to it.
