We released the ability to customize the expiration date for signature requests sent via Box Sign.
Prior to this feature release, senders could only select a predefined list of options to determine the signature request expiration date prior to sending files for signature, which included:
- Never (default option)
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- 90 days
With customizable signature request expiration dates, senders can manually input a customized expiration date in the document preparation experience and have the signature request expire after a defined number of days.
