Today, we're releasing an opt-in feature available to all Business, Business Plus, and Enterprise customers called Virus Scan Metadata. This feature increases the visibility of Box's existing virus scan activity, exposing the scan result to end users and admins in the Box UI and APIs as a file metadata. Thanks to this visibility, end users and admins can more quickly take proper remedial actions on malicious files.
