An Integration is a third-party app that is integrated into your business's Box account. The Integration Activity report provides an overview of the authorized Integrations your users are accessing in Box within a given time period. You can filter the report by:
- Date Range
- Users or Groups
- Integrations
Integration Activity report details
- File format: comma-separated value (.csv) file
- Filename format: user_activity_run_on_YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS_Page_#.csv
- Folder name format (each report run is placed in its own folder): User Activity run on YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS
- Filename and folder name time zone: the local date and time of the admin who ran the report.
Integration Activity report data columns
- Integration Name
- The name of the integrated third-party app

The link to the description of the Integration.
- Client Integration ID
- The client ID of the Integration.

- User Name
- The full name of the user who accessed the Integration.

- User Email
- The Box email address of the user who accessed the Integration.

- Activity Ranking
- The ranking of the user's activity with the Integration, relative to all Integration activity by all users included in the report during the reporting period.

- Number of Active Days
- The number of days the user accessed the Integration during the reporting period.

- Web Integrations Callouts
- The number of times the user called the Integration from Box Web during the reporting period.
Integration Activity report filters
- Date Range Optional. To limit the Integration Activity report to a specific time period, select the time period of past Integration activity. Select from:
- Last 30 Days (default)
- Last 60 Days
- Last 90 Days
- Custom Range (and then select a start and/or end date, up to 90 days in the past.)

The most recent data available for reporting may be older than two days.

- Users or Groups Optional. To limit the Integration Activity report to activities of specific users, enter the names of managed users or of user groups. Default is all users and all groups.
- Integrations Optional. To limit the Integration Activity report to specific Integrations, select one or more integrated third-party applications to include in the report. Default is all Integrations.
