Box Sign reports give you an overview of the progress you're making across your organization with signature requests. The reports cover usage and activity for integrations and custom applications. Reports are exported as .csv files to your Box Reports folder when complete.

Box Sign Report Details
- File format: comma-separated value (.csv) file

Filename format:
sign_aggregation_run_on_YYYY-MM-DD__HH-MM-SS-[A|P]M.csv

Folder name format (each report run is placed in its own folder):
Sign Aggregation run on YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS
- Filename and folder name time zone: the local date and time of the admin who ran the report or who set up the report schedule.
Box Sign Report Information
Box Sign reports include the following information about the Box Sign report, in addition to the report's data columns:
- Enterprise Name
- The name of your company in your Box Settings.
- Enterprise ID (EID)
- The unique identifier for your organization in Box.
- Report Start Date
- The date, in UTC, of the first records in the report.
- Report End Date
- The date, in UTC, of the last records in the report, which is the day before the report was run.
- Number Of Documents
- The set of documents obtained brought by the enterprise.
Box Sign Report Data Columns
This section describes the data columns that are generated in Box Sign reports.
- Metric

The action type measured in the report, which includes:
- Sign Document Created
- Sign Document Declined
- Sign Document Cancelled
- Sign Document Completed

- Service Name
- The service used when handling the signature documents. Examples include Salesforce, Box app, or a custom built application.
- Value
- The number of Sign events that occurred within the row's date range.
Box Sign Report Filters
This section describes the filters that you can configure to run Box Sign reports.
- Date Range

The date range in which Box Sign was used. Select from:
- Last Day (default)
- Last Week
- Last Month
- Last Years (and then select a number of years from 1 to 7 or All Time, which is as long as you have had an account tariff with reporting access)
- Custom Range (and then select a start and/or end date)
Last day/week/month/year(s) values mean the previous day/week/month/year(s) from the date the report was run.
- Group By

- Day (default)
- Month
- Year
