Adoption survey and guidance

Description:

Your goals may have evolved since you first got started with Box. With this module, understand steps to adapt Box to better meet those goals. Work with a Box specialist to conduct an end user survey and assess current usage, then receive recommendations specific to your goals.

Preparation:

The following questions are critical and will be asked of you ahead of kicking off this module. Be sure to read these and prepare your answers before beginning work on this topic!

• Describe the current state of your Box deployment. What’s working well? What isn’t?
• What pain points do users experience with Box?
• What tools do users use alongside Box (if any)?
• What are your goals for Box at your organization?

In addition to your Box admin(s) and project team, you'll need to bring the following stakeholders to meetings related to this module:
