The Outbound Collaboration report lists all of your managed users who are listed as collaborators in content owned outside of your box account. If a managed user is a collaborator in more than one folder, they are listed multiple times, once for each folder.

Outbound Collaborations reports are created as Excel spreadsheet (.xlsx) files. The filenames have the format outbound_collaboration_run_on_YYYY-MM-DD__HH-MM-SS-[A|P]M.csv and each report run is placed in the root Box Reports folder.

Outbound Collaboration Report Data Columns
The Outbound Collaboration Report contains the following data:

| Account Name | User name of the managed user. |
| Account Login | Email address of the managed user. |
| Owner Login | The value in the Name field in User Account Details of the external user who invited the managed user. |
| Item Name | The name given to the file or folder to which the managed user is a collaborator. |
| Item ID | A number uniquely identifying the file or folder to which the managed user is a collaborator. |
| Permission Level | The permission level of the managed user. |
| Inviter Email | The value in the Email field in User Account Details of the user who created the collaboration. |
| Invited Date | The date that the collaboration invitation was created. |
| Invite Accepted Date | The date that the collaboration invitation was accepted. |
