Box Sign reports give you an overview the progress you're making across your enterprise with signature requests. The reports cover usage and activity for integrations and custom applications. Reports are exported as .csv files to your Box Reports folder when complete.

You must define filters for the Box Sign report before you can run it. See Box Sign Report Filters for more information.
Box Sign reports are created as comma-separated value (.csv) files. The filenames have the format sign_aggregation_run_on_YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-SS_Page_#.csv and each report run is placed in its own folder with a folder name of the format Sign Aggregation run on YYYY-MM-DD HH-MM-SS.
Box Sign Report Information, Data Columns, and Filters

Box Sign reports include the following information about the Box Sign report, in addition to the report's data columns:

| Enterprise Name | The name of your company in your Box Settings. |

Enterprise ID (EID) |
The unique identifier for your organization in Box. |

Report Start Date |
The date (UTC) of the first records in the report. |
| Report End Date | The date (UTC) of the last records in the report, which is the day before the report was run. |
| Number Of Documents | The set of documents obtained brought by the enterprise. |

The service used when handling the signature documents. Examples include Salesforce, Box app, or a custom built application. |

The number of Sign events that occurred within the row's date range. |
