We have released an integration between Box Relay and Box Sign. This will enable users to automate steps that need to be taken following a transaction in Box Sign.
Feature include:
- New ‘Sign event’ trigger in Relay based on completed / cancelled / expired / declined document status in Box Sign
- Select one or many file / folder / task / metadata / notification outcomes in Relay to build downstream workflow
Here are some examples of downstream actions you can automate with this capability:
- Apply metadata templates to easily organize, search and manage signed customer contracts
- Classify signed documents so they are protected by the corresponding Box Shield policies
- Assign a task to the partner manager when a signature request on a renewal application expires due to inaction on the vendor’s part
- Notify the recruiting team when a candidate declines to sign the offer letter
- Apply a watermark to M&A agreements to deter unauthorized re-sharing of sensitive information
