The Box web application is now updated with a cleaner, more intuitive interface. These updates are designed to help you work more efficiently, with improved navigation and a cleaner, more cohesive interface.
Key improvements include:
- Collapsible left navigation: maximize your workspace by collapsing the sidebar when needed. Hover over “Collections” in the collapsed state to view items in your Collections.
- Organized features: Canvas, Integrations, Synced, and Trash are relocated under the “More” menu to maintain a tidy layout.
- Faster access to your files: Hover over “Files” (renamed from All Files) to quickly preview its contents. The former Recents tab has been removed from the left navigation, but you can still access the full Recents page by clicking “Recent Files” in the popover
- Redesigned Recents Carousel: the updated Recents carousel in your “Files” view now shows parent folders beneath each file name for better context, and includes a "See All" button for quick access to the full Recents page.
Additional visual improvements will also be added to help you maintain quick access to your most important content while providing a more streamlined experience. These enhancements reflect our ongoing commitment to providing a modern, efficient, and user-friendly experience.
