- Provides clear visibility into which custodians are under legal hold
- Provides a global view across all legal holds in the enterprise
- Complements, but does not replace, the Legal Hold Content Report, which lists files and folders on hold per case
What it includes
The Custodian Report provides details such as:
- User information: Name, email, status, and user ID (including deleted users)
- Legal hold policy information: Policy name, creation date, and last modified date
- Preservation details: Type of hold (Ownership, Access, Interactions), custodian date ranges (if any)
