We will soon be enhancing our Box Sign for Workday integration by introducing the ability to integrate seamless, secure e-signatures within the Workday Business Processes Framework, eliminating manual steps and duplicate data entry and enabling joint customers to fully automate your most critical HR workflows in Workday, including recruiting, onboarding, and more.
With this release, Workday administrators will be able to add a configurable Box Sign orchestration step directly into standard Business Process definitions. When a workflow reaches this step, signature distribution and review flows trigger automatically without the need for manual intervention. Document fields and placeholders will be automatically pre-filled with parent data from the Workday Business Process.
Additionally, a dedicated admin interface within Workday will make configuration effortless. Admins will be able to view available Box Sign templates, template IDs, and field placeholders, manage template access permissions, and copy external identifiers directly for quick Business Process setup. Admins will be able to configure multiple template IDs on a single orchestration step. Workday conditions, such as employee country, will dynamically determine which document is sent (e.g., triggering a US template vs. a Poland template automatically).
