We will soon release the ability to duplicate fields on all pages of a signature request with just a right-click or a quick keyboard shortcut. With this new document preparation enhancement, users will be able to perform the following actions:
- Right-click any field and select ‘Duplicate on All Pages’ to automatically replicate the field in the same position across every page of your document.
- Duplicate fields seamlessly across all pages included in all documents in multi-document signature requests.
- Select multiple fields on a page to duplicate them across all pages at once.
- Automatically carry over field assignments and configurations.
- Access the new shortcut directly from the keyboard shortcuts menu in the document preparation and revision screens.
- Full support for Undo (
Cmd/Ctrl + Z) and Redo (Cmd/Ctrl + Shift + Z) actions.
