We will soon introduce the ability to align fields in Box Sign when preparing documents for signature or approval or creating reusable templates. When preparing or revising a document or template, users will be able to select multiple fields using their mouse or keyboard shortcuts to reveal the following alignment options in the right-hand sidebar:
- Align Left: Instantly align all selected fields along their left edges.
- Align Right: Align all selected fields along their right edges.
- Align Top: Align selected fields along their top edges.
- Align Bottom: Align selected fields along their bottom edges.
- Full Control: Easily undo or redo any alignment action to return fields to their original placement.
This new capability will accelerate the document preparation experience and provide visual consistent across signature requests and reusable templates.
