We released 'ready-sign links' in Box Sign - Reusable links for self-serve e-signatures to share via email or publish on a website.
This enables senders to post a document to a URL which can be published/sent to anyone for signing. Signers click on the link and complete the signing process and receive a copy of the signed document and signing log.
This feature is available on the Box Enterprise Plus plan.
Ready-sign links help address high-volume business processes involving standardized documents such as:
- Customer consent forms
- Conference sign-ups and waivers
- Building entry forms
- Standard NDAs
- Client-initiated requests
- Standard contract documents - such as addendums, customer notices etc.
