Box - [Errno 111] Connection refused

We use python script in order to download / upload files from box. Sometimes, recently very often there is an error and files are not downloaded / uploaded:

releaseagent@ProductsBuilder04:~$ python3 /Disk500G/GIT/ProductsBuilder04/teamcitytools/TeamCityUtils/box_cli_client.py -d Downloads/Job1.zip . "releaseagent_runner@altair-semi.com" "LteR0x+1"
Got Exception: [Errno 111] Connection refused
